Terms of Service for Clients
VerifierHub Client Terms of Service
1. These terms of services constitute the basis of the agreement between VHB Concept LLC (with the trade name as VerifierHub), a limited liability company registered in Arizona, United States of America with registration number 31391718, and you, the client, in connection with all services provided by VerifierHub.
2. The client agrees to provide ONLY honest information and documents, as presentation of any misleading information will lead to outright termination of contract and no refund will be offered to the client.
3. Verifiers are not private investigators; thus, clients are expected to pre-inform the suspect of an imminent investigation by an independent body known as VerifierHub. Failure to do this will result in termination of verification with no refund of paid fees.
4. The client is to deposit the full amount of a selected price category before the commencement of the verification process.
5. Clients accept that verifiers from the closest country can be engaged to verify a suspect in the indicated country if the verifier in the indicated country is unavailable or indisposed.
6. Clients agree to be comprehensive with a well-defined goal in the submission of complaint reports and files. Clients reserve the right to delete or blur sensitive personal data in the complaint report and files.
7. Clients are obligated to update VerifierHub management of any new or revised law in their country or that of the suspect that is considered to be of concern to the smooth operation of VerifierHub in those localities.
8. Clients accept that verification reports on a suspect are cautionary statements, and verifiers give no guarantee to the accuracy of the report. However, verifiable evidence will be presented to support any verification report.
9. The personal data of users are safe and secure as our partner company handling all identity verification on behalf of VerifierHub is GDPR compliant, holding a GDPR compliance certificate (issued by Quality Guild management standards).
10. The client agrees to keep confidential all information and web links given during the verification process.
11. The client acknowledges that the verification process is usually completed within 3 days and may go beyond that for complicated verifications.
12. The client agrees that VerifierHub can terminate a verification service if continuation may endanger the verifier’s safety or facilitate the commission of a criminal offense. No refund will be issued in this case.
13. There is no refund after payment if the verification process has commenced, except if VerifierHub admits the inability to execute the verification job based on reasons not reflected in item 12.
14. Any part of the verification process can be assigned to a third party at the sole discretion of VerifierHub.
15. VerifierHub warrants that all services will be supplied to the client substantively in accordance with this agreement.
16. VerifierHub excludes from this agreement all conditions, warranties, and liabilities implied or imposed by any law operational in either the client or suspect’s country.
17. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona in the United States of America.
